This Terms of Service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding public offer agreement between the Service Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and any individual or legal entity using the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
Use of the Service, including the creation or input of a Login and Password to access Settings and the Schedule, as well as providing consent to save technical data in the User's browser, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement by the User.
2.1. The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the functionality of the Service "vremena.me" via a web interface for planning and automatically generating an event grid.
2.2. The Service contains a Tariff Plan interface. However, at the current stage, as part of a marketing campaign, all Users are provided with a temporary 100% promotional discount on the full cost of using the functionality.
2.3. Due to the operation of the specified promotion, no fee is charged from Users for using the Service "vremena.me". Actual acceptance of payments is not carried out in the interface.
2.4. The Licensor reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the promotional discount and introduce a paid basis for certain Tariff Plans by previously updating this Agreement and the Service interface.
2.5. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Service "vremena.me" will meet the User's subjective expectations.
3.1. The core principle of the Service: The Service "vremena.me" does not collect, request, store, or process personal data of Users on its own initiative.
3.2. Access to Settings and the Schedule is carried out without registering personal accounts, without linking bank cards, and without providing personal data. When changing or gaining access to Settings and the Schedule, exclusively a Login (an anonymized ID, a fictional nickname) and a Password are used.
3.3. The Licensor prohibits using real full names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, or any other identifiers that allow establishing the identity of the User as a Login.
3.4. The Licensor does not perform a verification procedure for Credentials (via SMS or email activation), which completely excludes the collection of linking personal data.
3.5. In the event that the User independently, intentionally, or accidentally specifies personal data (either their own or that of third parties) in the cells of the Schedule or text fields of Settings, all responsibility for possible consequences and risks of violating personal data legislation rests entirely with the User. The Licensor does not moderate content for the presence of personal data and bears no responsibility for it.
3.6. GDPR Compliance: The architecture of the Service is designed in accordance with the principles of data minimization (Data Minimization) and privacy by default (Privacy by Design) set forth in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since the Service does not process information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Personal Data"), GDPR requirements for maintaining processing records and obtaining consents for data processing do not apply to the Service. To ensure sessions and save Settings, the Service uses exclusively anonymized technical data stored in the User's browser.

5.1. Since the Service "vremena.me" does not collect Users' email addresses or phone numbers, there is no function to recover a forgotten or lost Password for Settings and the Schedule. The Licensor has no technical ability to verify the User's rights to specific Settings and Schedule. If the Password is lost, access to Settings, the Schedule, and saved data is permanently lost.
5.2. The Licensor is not liable for the loss of access to Settings and the Schedule due to compromise, loss, or transfer of the Login and Password to third parties.
5.3. The Licensor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
6.1. This Agreement enters into force upon the performance of any of the following actions by the User (whichever occurs first):
The Agreement is valid indefinitely.
6.2. The Licensor has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without special notice. The current version is always available on the website of the Service "vremena.me". Continued use of the Service after the change of terms implies acceptance of the new version.
7.1. The parties shall endeavor to resolve all disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the Service through negotiations.
7.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court to be invalid, this shall not invalidate the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
